01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "apk888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the apk888 platform and its operating entity, including all subsidiaries and affiliated companies responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the apk888 website accessible at apk888.ws, including all subpages, services, game lobbies, payment interfaces, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the apk888 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the apk888 Platform.
• "Funds" means any PKR balance held in a User's apk888 Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by apk888 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, live casino, slot, and ancillary services made available through the apk888 Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the apk888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the apk888 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

03 Eligibility

Use of the apk888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account use:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. apk888 operates a strict 21+ policy and applies identity verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or similar restriction imposed by apk888 or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by and for the benefit of the registered Account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of apk888 or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

apk888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the apk888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts identified by apk888 may be closed without notice and any Funds therein forfeited.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and any other information required by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. apk888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where the option is available on your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

apk888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted from your Account is presumed to be conducted by you unless you notify apk888's support team of suspected unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the apk888 Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction via all supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your apk888 Account immediately or within a short processing window. apk888 is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Once verification is complete, standard withdrawal processing is conducted within the timeframe published in the Payments section of the Platform.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with apk888 support.
• Outstanding Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals will not be processed where a User holds active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, unless the User elects to forfeit such Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal.

apk888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside apk888's control and are your sole responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

apk888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms published alongside the offer:

• Each promotion is available once per User, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds not converted within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• apk888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already entered into with Users.
• Any User found to be exploiting, abusing, or circumventing promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds cancelled and may have their Account suspended pending investigation.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the apk888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. The following general betting rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. apk888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where apk888 determines a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing or odds error, apk888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. apk888's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the apk888 Sports Betting section.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or per settlement period are subject to limits published on the Platform. apk888 reserves the right to apply payout limits at its discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time due to live event developments. apk888 accepts no liability for bet acceptance delays arising from network latency or live market suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the apk888 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration, identity, or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or other multiplayer environment.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet via apk888.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the apk888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of apk888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of apk888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk888 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising in connection with the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or data loss caused by circumstances outside apk888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, apk888's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11 Privacy

apk888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Your continued use of the apk888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting apk888 support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk888 holds its gaming licence. apk888 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence, and all regulatory matters are subject to the oversight of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict apk888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
